Very Friendly and professional
Stopped by ChristianaCare Sleep Wellness Center to pick up a home sleep study device. The staff explained the setup clearly and made the process very simple. The office was clean, organized, and the pickup was quick and efficient.
Just terrible customer service. No one EVER picks up the phone. You leave a message and no one ever calls you back. They then have the absolute nerve to say on their voicemail message dont leave multiple message or it may delay response,etc. If you would call people back maybe just maybe they would not have to leave multiple messages! Unbelievable
Brennan, my sleep tech, ensured a very friendly and helpful experience during my sleep study. I was a little nervous being my first sleep study, but he was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Swift was also very nice during my appointment with her!
This is the worst medical place I every dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone, and my C pap supplier can't get return email from the NP thats working with me. Do yourself a favor and so elsewhere.
