Brennan, my sleep tech, ensured a very friendly and helpful experience during my sleep study. I was a little nervous being my first sleep study, but he was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Swift was also very nice during my appointment with her!
This is the worst medical place I every dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone, and my C pap supplier can't get return email from the NP thats working with me. Do yourself a favor and so elsewhere.
Everybody in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Swift was great with answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend it!!
Cannot get anyone to call me back to set up my sleep study. This time, the phone just rang and I didn’t even get to leave a message requesting a call back. I’ve been trying to get through to this department for months. Extremely frustrating and makes you question if phone calls cannot be answered or returned; can you trust the results of the study. (If you can ever make contact, that is.)
Christanna sleep center is the worst. Waited over six months for a in person appointment only to be changed to a virtual appointment and then canceled after I accepted video call. Then was told my only option to reschedule was in December which is another 7 months out. They have no care for peoples time .
