Not a retail pharm. Called and spoke with male pharmacist 06/01/26 11am. Told me they only fill for employees and patience. Which is fine, by why advertise like you’re open to the public:/
I now see why this pharmacy gets such a low rating. They are horrible customer service people. Script that was put in yesterday around 4pm is not ready the next day at 2pm. Agent said you can wait about 30min and it might be ready. No I'm not waiting. Then I asked if my part D prescription plan was put in to lower the price. All she said is we don't take that here. So I paid over $20 for something that would have only cost $5 at CVS. I would of declined taking it if I wasn't already behind taking the meds I needed for that d... read more
My fqc pharmacy..good customer service
Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use, and I HAVE to use them because Christiana Care gives me no choice. They don't automatically fill my refills like Walgreens did. I have to call them every single time and since it's mail order it takes days for my meds to get to me leaving gaps in my maintenance. They are also incredibly rude on the phone when they do bother to answer.
My wife is pregnant and I came to get some medicine for her. I explained that I was in a hurry and was told it would take 5 minutes. I've been here for about an hour and I'm still waiting.
