I have been trying to make an appointment for a week. No one answers the phone. I've left messages on the Voice mail but no one has returned my calls. I gave up.
I've been trying to make an appointment for 3 days. I've left 3 messages with no response. I tried contacting patient relations and that was a waste of time as well. This is a terrible example of patient relations and business relations. I guess I have to actually go their to make an appointment. Hopefully, they take more pride in their testing procedures than they do in patient satisfaction.
This was my first time preforming this test. My therapist Morgan walked me through the whole process making it as simple and comfortable as possible. I believe Andy checked me in and his friendly demeanor and humor was spot on. I am unable to speak of the phone scheduling issues as I set my appointment via the patient portal which once figuring out was painless. the staff here are super friendly. treated my father very well.
Dr Aaron: last year. If I had to give a review on just the staff I would give it a five but I had to call several times to make an appointment. I left several messages and no one ever called me back. I kept calling until I had someone pick up the phone to make my appointment. Which they could’ve done everything on one appointment but they put me on two separate appointments so they can charge my insurance company.
