Today at 8am my mother had an appointment with these folks. There is no signage or legend stating where exactly they are located. Got to the main hospital and receptionist called a shuttle for us, the campus is massive. Driver drops us off in back with the entrance saying medical arts pavilion. As we walk inside still no map or anything saying where thus place is at just the suite number. We reach the office on the 2nd floor and thr receptionist is like yeah your 23 minutes late. Dr Deepa Bhanot and her staff are very good. Never have had to wait long. Very friendly and listen to your concerns. They always answer you on the portal and call you back or respond to your message promptly.
Last April my appt was canceled by thier office. I tried to reschedule and couldn't get another appt untill 3 months. I told them I was having trouble breathing and needed a sooner appt but to no avail. I later spoke with the nurse and she wouldn't even listen. I told her this was an ongoing condition and she stated then go to the ER. I said no..I want to be seen by my Dr. She then says then go to Middletown ER. If she thought it was a breathing emergency then why tell me to go even further from my home? That makes no sense.... read more
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Jones. He listened to my concerns, alleviated much of my fears and really took the time to answer questions I had. I had to contact the office to switch my prescription refills over to mail order and another time had a question on refill status. Both times I received prompt resolution (one through the portal). I would highly recommend Dr. Jones as a pulmonologist. The office staff has been nothing short of courteous and helpful.
