Dr. Carter is exceptional. He listens without judgement or interrupting, he is patient and listens to all concerns. His instructions are always clear and thoughful.
Really liked this practice when Dr. Oran was practicing but since he has left it is a mess. There was no notification of his leaving, I randomly had an appt scheduled with him and they said we should have gotten a letter but nothing came until about a week prior to him leaving. I was assigned to Dr. Carter and confirmed about 6x that he was my new PCP. Two months later at a sick appointment, he proceeds to tell me "sorry I am not taking new patients or any of Dr. Oran's patients so we will be canceling your physical with me"... read more
