Clive Williams (NP) was my healthcare provider during this visit. Although my wait time was not “5 Star” (staff seemed unaware that it is requested - via the texting appt reminder service - that patients arrive for appointments 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time; that 15 minutes plus another almost 45 minutes was unexpected), Clive was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.
Excellent practice. Everything one needs in one spot. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Love this practice.
