I have been a patient at this office for over three years and, until recently, had consistently received excellent care. However, the recent changes within the practice have significantly diminished the quality of care, and my most recent experience on July 21, 2025, was deeply disappointing. What a change. Formerly DCLP, the physician owners were patient-oriented and I felt seen and cared for, for 3 decades. I've only been once since the change to being part of ChristianaCare. Different (cramped) office, procedures have changed, office staff seem too busy "processing" patients, and most familiar faces are gone. I'm not a fan of the changes and hope I can manage my care elsewhere.
Not everybody has the bed-side manner to be a doctor. After the 2/11/25 experience with Dr. Ammar Alzoubi, I'm questioning the state of our entire healthcare system. As a doctor or director of hematology, Dr. Alzoubi does not know how to talk to people. He talked down to me as if I'm less than human, he over-talked me, and more importantly, he didn't listen to me about my needs as a patient. Dr Singh was great. Took his time and answered all of our questions. Need to follow up in 2 weeks.
My wife is due for a Cancer PET Scan she has claustrophobia. Dr. Nicole Laslett told her to get her doctor (Dr.Palaanji ) to write a prescription for something for claustrophobia. He said get her to do it. I was told Dr. Laslett will not do it. I called patient relations Her blood pressure IS through the roof! = Wish me luck
