If you're open till 4 you should actually be open till 4. Apparently there used to be a sign that said walk ins until 345. Its not there anymore. If that's what is being followed, the advertised hours should be until 345 so people dont waste their time. The woman who came to the door was also less than personable. I asked her when they closed and she said "walk ins are accepted until 345." Fine. Don't answer the question. There was no one else in the waiting area or on the list of people to be seen. Generally all around rudeness , They handed me not all the supplies that should be in the kit twice, and I was yelled at for something that was not made clear, and when I came back in for affirmation of what they said, I spoke calmly as every women in that office gave me glares and an upset attitude. They were lying to me about things actual doctors have told me and policies that I would love to see in print. The hours on the website say open until 4:00, I showed up at 3:36 to be politely informed that they stop at 3:30 and have them point to a sign next to the door that shows this change. Really, 6 minutes makes the difference. So glad I wasted an hour round trip to find out when they stop. At least the sign has a smiley face to make me feel better. This is corporate Healthcare at its worst. I wonder if the folks running things know when they actually close. Staff here says "we've been telling them to ha get the website".

Website says they are open until 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and they were closed. They close at 3:30pm. Update your website. I left work early to not even be able to get my blood work done

I’ve got to lay down for blood to be taken or I’ll pass out the lady who took me back the first time I told her I had to lie down than she told me to go sit back down in the waiting area. So I got called back again same I told her I needed to lie down and she goes “oh.” So she asked me what arm I said my left she told me I had no veins than she asked if she could put it in my hand I told her no.
