The hours on the website say open until 4:00, I showed up at 3:36 to be politely informed that they stop at 3:30 and have them point to a sign next to the door that shows this change. Really, 6 minutes makes the difference. So glad I wasted an hour round trip to find out when they stop. At least the sign has a smiley face to make me feel better. This is corporate Healthcare at its worst. I wonder if the folks running things know when they actually close. Staff here says "we've been telling them to ha get the website".
I recently went in for lab work and they did not complete the right ones. All of my labs were listed on the form and they did none of them. Now I have to go get blood work done again. It was a new lady to my understanding at the front desk. So I don’t know what happened. Please ensure proper training.
I’ve got to lay down for blood to be taken or I’ll pass out the lady who took me back the first time I told her I had to lie down than she told me to go sit back down in the waiting area. So I got called back again same I told her I needed to lie down and she goes “oh.” So she asked me what arm I said my left she told me I had no veins than she asked if she could put it in my hand I told her no. I had to bring my 4 day old daughter in here back in November to get an additional test done. When we arrived, it turns out Christiana Peds never sent a script in for the test. Being 4 days postpartum with a newborn, I was super overwhelmed and everyone at Lab Services was BEYOND nice and helpful. Special thank you to Char for helping resolve my situation with Christiana Peds and getting that script sent over so my daughter could have her test done ASAP and we could go home. Most of the receptionists are professional but I have had some not so. There needs to be training on PTSD and kindness When giving blood, you want to feel at ease not frustrated or anxious
