Made an appointment with Dr Franklin Thelmo after being referred to him by several ppl. Not only did he take the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, he did so in a way that I understood. When I had issues w a particular medication & I called the office, his staff was so accommodating they fit me in later that day! I just wasn't a patient, I was someone who they really cared about.
