We have been happy with our providers. It is difficult to get through to anyone on the phone to make an appointment, but speaking with Susanna is always a pleasure!
Please stop outsourcing the front desk and let us directly call the office!!!!!!!
Once you start here it’s great but follow up appointments and medicine refills can take weeks the communication is horrible looking for a new provider
I’m so over this place. Bout to look for another primary care. This doctor name Zachary Collins is the COMPLETE WORST!! I got some lab work done with him. Waited a week for the results which usually comes back in 2 days tops just to find out he never put in my blood work I got done🤦♀️ Then the front desk receptionist are uneducated, quick to lost their professionalism if your frustrated with their bad service, and ghetto.
