I have been a patient here since pregnant with my first in 2023. I always have such a great experience. Recently I saw Dr. Shaber and she was AMAZING. I felt like she listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and took her time during the visit and never felt like she was rushing to get through it.

I called for an appointment and was emotional- crying and she calmed me down- got me an appointment within days!! Dr. Shaber is also one of a kind!!! Actually the worst experience, I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it a week before. They told me they couldn’t take me until march and suggested a male doctor, like i’m a 20 year old girl obviously i’m not comfortable with that. I just ended the call on the lady, very rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
The worst place ever. I had an appointment today at 1pm. I was left with no address but suite 1109. I used the address on the website which left me on the main road.. I started looking for the building at 12:40. The only direction I was given was we are located at the back of the building suite 1109 first floor. Which building? I didn’t even know how many building there were until I got there. I was lost and confused kept calling no answer.
