The only reason for such a low rating is the front desk staff. #1: if there are people waiting in line, perhaps it’s not the time to have an extended personal conversation. #2: When I tell you everything is still the same (particularly since I have very recently seen multiple doctors), I don’t believe the response is well you’ve never been here before (in a snotty tone). Dr. Sernyak has repeatedly dismissed my tachycardia symptoms as being anxiety related and when I tried to schedule an appointment the office staff were extremely unprofessional. She walked away from the phone to have a conversation with a coworker which I could hear in the background and when she got back expected me to know what information she wanted telepathically I guess
I arrived for my appointment before my 3:30 scheduled time, was checked in and had a seat. I notice a few ppl who came after me be called to the back. Around 4 pm, I asked for the status of my appointment and was told that I was only checked in on one system and now the NP left for the day!! I needed this appointment as I was having symptoms and called approx 2 weeks ago to be seen. I lost 3 hrs from my job and was told the soonest that I can be seen is on Monday at 1. Unacceptable!!
