Will be getting a huge bill in the mail soon just for them to say you PROBABLY don't have cancer.. What a joke! They did a mammogram and ultrasound and they still don't know crap! Why should patients pay if you did not do your job? How is it fair to be billed an exaggerated amount of money to get a probably not cancer or we don't know.. Because of their mix up I have to wait another 4 months for an appointment. They changed my appointment for this week and sent me a text to inform me of a different date and time. I had waited months for a date and time that suited me and now have to wait another 4 months. Very bad scheduling at this location.
Horrible experience! Took 2 hours for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. Anyone who needs these “additional imaging” appointments is already nervous. Patients are ushered into a second waiting room like cattle with no staff present. One woman had to leave to pick up her children from school because no one expects this to take so long. Doctor was incredibly dismissive, initially didn’t explain anything, and acted bothered and confused when I had questions.
