Horrible care and communication. They'll claim they're ready to bring you to the infusion area where you'll assume your infusion might be ready sometime soon. Do not get your hopes up, they'll dump you in a chair and ignore that you exist for an hour and a half while the pharmacy doesn't send meds. No communication to the patient, no one trying to get the pharmacy to actually do their job. If you need an infusion go somewhere else. I have left several messages with no response. I'm getting frustrated...and scared because I cannot delay treatment. I literally cannot get a person on the phone.
I am moving and need to change infusion centers. I have left several detailed messages over the last few weeks. My drug company has too. No one has EVER called back. What’s the problem with this place?????????
I have been getting my infusions for about 3 years at the Christiana Hosp. This place really is amazing. Great friendly staff, clean place, good at what they do, organized and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making each visit a pleasurable one. THANK YOU!!!
Jen, Sarah and the rest of the RN team here are all wonderful and very attentive to my Dad's needs. Excellent and compassionate care here as an outpatient just like on the 7th floor as an inpatient.
