I had a procedure on July 1, 2025. I would recommend the Christiana Spine Surgery Center. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helped me feel relaxed. The medical team was friendly and professional.
The doctor's here are very good...the office operation is TERRIBLE. I am a returning, long time patient and have been trying to make an appointment for TWO DAYS! No one answers the phone and it rolls into voicemail and NO ONE RETURNS PATIENT CALLS! This is TERRIBLE and FRUSTRATING!!!!
Although the doctors are great, the way the office is run is appalling. They make the patient get there 45 min before they are called back. We got here before 4 employees!! What’s the point of that!!?? The driver of the pt. must wait in the lobby. They treat this like it’s a crime if you want to come back when they are finished the procedure!! Their time is more important than their patients, I guess. At least they could offer water or coffee especially when you get here at 7:00 for a 7:15 appointment. The office policy is w... read more
