This place is horrible! I’m writing this review while I’m still here with my mother. My mother came out here by ambulance for shortness of breath. She arrived before 9:30pm. We are still waiting for a doctor and it’s 3:42am. They don’t care about the patients. The nurses sit behind the desk gossiping and drinking water etc., I will never let my mother come here again. They have patients in the hallways waiting to be seen. When I say I’m beyond disappointed it’s an understatement.
The worst emergency department ever. More so felt like jail cell. The nurse attendants were having a blast outside rooms. Waited 6 hours after x-ray for radiologist to review them. The RNs were not attending to patients at all. I will get a typical response from the department that please reach out to this number but they will not do anything to improve. They have been getting these kind of reviews forever but have not done any improvements
Supposed to be one of the best hospitals...but they are worst...I should had just went to Saint Francis
We are now entering our eighth hour in the emergency department and still have not seen a doctor. My spouse has been violently throwing up for over a day, clearly in distress, and yet we’ve been left waiting endlessly with no meaningful updates, no sense of urgency, and frankly, no compassion. The conditions here are unacceptable. Privacy is nonexistent—we are separated from other patients only by a thin curtain, and we just witnessed a patient punch a doctor in the bed next to us. Can't be seen soon enough even if your heart is contracting while being pregnant , don't go here for anything they will let you die while you're waiting.
