The emergency room is horrible. We are usually here for 8 hours for the whole experience of the emergency we have. Today we been sitting in the waiting room by itself for 4 1/2 hours. This is not acceptable. When asked, I was told that people are taken in before us because their problems may be worse than ours. I can understand that with some patients but not all. This needs to be changed.
