Who in the world is in charge of this place? My beloved Primary Care Physician retired at the end of 2021. My November 2022 annual health examination was shifted to an Nurse Practitioner, that quit before my appointment date and I was then assigned a MD. I received a call from Springside that my November 2022 appointment would need to be changed and that the first appointment date would be mid. Jan 2023. I took it. Good Doctors, horrible office. Such a hard time getting an appt. When we need one, sit on hold for 20 min. I bring my wife in because she's very ill to be turned away because we were late for our appt. Go to a walk in to find out she has pnemonia and is severely dehydrated. How dare you turn away sick patients. What a shame.
