Dr. Ertl is an amazing doctor. I feel heard when explaining my concerns. He has never dismissed my concerns, and has always had an amazing bed side manner. I trust him 100% with any surgery. His staff are always nice and courteous.
I was very happy with the procedure and how he explained it to me in simple terms.
Dr Erti did surgery on my husband. He and the team at Borgess did an excellent job. The care made my husband feel comfortable about being there.
Dr Ertl took the time to make sure that I understood his plan for my care and asked if I understood. He made me feel very confident about his plan the entire time during my visit.
