The customer service at this ymca is terrible. The communication surrounding youth sports is inconsistent, and when you contact them they offer zero resolution. I would steer clear of this ymca unless you like to have your time and money wasted.
The pool is great and you always have room to swim laps. The locker rooms are clean and I felt welcome when I entered. The staffs super nice and attentive.
The staff of young persons is mostly attentive. The facility itself is medium sized, housing two gyms, a lap pool, a small workout room, and smaller other rooms that have occasional weekly programs. As a whole, this facility caters largely to kids and teens, sometimes to a fault. I have been in one gym playing an organized weekly sport while on the other side is open basketball with music blasting so loud, you can't hear others you are playing with.
