Was personable and encouraging, but made a costly mistake. I told her I can agree to pay an additional $5k over the appraised value and she communicated to the Seller I'd pay $10k over. There was no miscommunication or misunderstanding between she and I. It was very clear as we went over it together beforehand. I ended up paying $7k more because I had to smooth over her mistake. Part of me believes she did this because Realtors get paid more when the sale price goes up.
As first time home buyers we were EXTREMELY lucky and super grateful to have had Christian as our realtor. She took the time to explain the home buying process and helped us navigate through this difficult and crazy market. I had tons of questions and it didn’t matter what time of day I reached out she was always quick to get back to us and reassure us on next steps. Her and her team were AMAZING! I highly recommend her and will be referring her to all of my family and friends.
