Staff is always kind and friendly! Truly create and atmosphere that is inviting and always accommodating to patients needs!
I have many dental issues and we developed a plan and are executing. Dentist was informative and confidence building. The worst for me is over and Dr. Willard and his staff have been supportive, kind, gentle and caring. I would not trust anyone more than I do at their office.

Dr Willard is a top notch dentist! He is very gentle and makes it a "pain free" experience. His office is state of the art and he has the best staff , always friendly and caring the minute you walk in the door. They always follow up after a procedure with a phone call just to see how you are doing. I highly recommend him!

Nice people, great with kids
When Dr. Nick moved, we searched for a Dentist who offered a similar environment for our family. We tried other dentists who were not a good fit. From the moment we walked in, the people were very welcoming and friendly. The waiting room is warm and comfortable; the wait was very short. The hygienists were thorough and explained everything in detail. I had the best cleaning I've ever had. X rays for the first time, did not hurt; they use modern equipment and flexible mouth pieces. My experience at Dr.Willard's wasca refreshingly pleasant experience . Mpst dental offices that i've visited in my lifetime can not compare to the effiencey, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Willard and his staff for anyone that is looking for a top noth dentist in the Branson, Mo area .
