Mr. Peterson is very skilled at what he does: sees an opportunity and takes advantage. Mr. Peterson attempted to purchase my property via some questionable practices while he worked at Keller-Williams. He attempted to act sympathetic to my plight as a homeowner, offered an asinine amount for my home, and then attempted to used his legal expertise to ensure I, as the homeowner, carried the brunt of the burden during our contract together. Christian Peterson has been my realtor for three years...selling a home in the suburbs and purchasing a maintenance free townhome. Christian is a fantastic real estate agent. He is easy to work with, very friendly, and really knows his stuff. And he's an attorney to boot, so you know that if you run into a difficult situation he'll know what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
