I’ve been a patient of Dr. Karasek’s for almost a year. He was the only pain management doctor who listened to my concerns and was willing to have me be a partner in my care. Together we decided what would work best for me. I will always be grateful to Dr. Karasek!

I have been seeing Dr. Karasek for two years now. I enjoy seeing the ladies at the front desk each time because they are always so kind and personable.

Dr Karasek cares more about the money in his pocket then he cares about his patients. A patient can be sick and have to cancel an appointment but after 3 canceled appointments the day of appointment regardless of how long you have been in as a patient he will drop you and you will have to find another dr. And if you cancel appointments giving days to over a weeks notice he still looks at that as cancelled appointments without notice and will drop you as a patient as well. Dr. Peccora is excellent... he listens and cares about my pain and more importantly helping me be out of pain. I was looking at doing a very invasive back surgery but thankful you Dr. Peccora I am able to walk now without having surgery. I am very thankful for Dr. Peccora.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Peccora as a physician. He is thorough and appears to be very intelligent in his field. But on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I care about because of his office and his use of my personal time. Since moving in with Dr Chang, I have experienced many issues with scheduling (by the staff). Almost every time I show up in Sugarland ON TIME the staff tells me I have the wrong time and day. Also, on proced days, they are always hrs behind.

Last year my husband hurt his back during Harvey clean up. Dr. Peccora's office got him right in and arranged for his treatment. After his lumbar injections, Dr. Peccora came to the waiting room to speak with me, reassuring me that my husband did fine and I would be able to see him shortly. A lady sitting beside me in the waiting room commented that he was such a nice doctor and wanted his name. The procedure administered to my husband did wonders for relieving his pain. I highly recommend

I have zero trust for this practice. Didn't go there to get pills so it isn't about that. Someone in the office has a problem telling the truth...I don't know who.

Call 6/29 and made the appt for Thursday 7/19 at 11:00.On Thursday 7/19, I showed up to their office at 10:50 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appt and was told very curtly by Sarah the Office Mgr, that they had left me a message on Wed 7/18 to be there by 10:00 a.m. She said they left a message on my cell # (The only number they had for me). I showed Sarah my phone, there was no voice mail message, no missed and no received from their no. She said the DR didn't matter he wouldn't see me!

Peccora administered injections in my 17 yr old's back muscles that surrounded a torn spinal disc. Peccora was professional, well mannered. He re-evaluated my son and examened MRI results to make sure the procedure was necessary and not rushed in to. Was clear with proposed plan of action, used drawings and examples to explain. No foreign accent so very easy to hear and understand. Staff was very attentive, even wrote down the medication names for me.
