They failed to put my AGE or CONDITION on my submission for medication thus claim was denied. I’ve been waiting six weeks for a prescription to be denied because they dropped the ball. After extreme run around and weeks of phone tag between this dermatologist, special pharmacist, and heath insurance, the nurse who made all the mistakes has the audacity to get attitude over the phone and say “no problem, we’ll just submit a new one.” THERE IS A PROBLEM, I WAS PRESCRIBED MEDICATION August 4th that I haven’t received…
I’m deeply concerned about the conduct of Dr. Millett, who demonstrated a clear lack of compassion during our visit. He appeared completely indifferent to my daughter’s needs, showing no sensitivity or warmth whatsoever. Rather than taking the time to understand the situation, he quickly prescribed medication without explaining the diagnosis or exploring other options. It felt as though he was more interested in pushing a product than actually helping us.
First and Follow-Up Visit was GREAT; from the front desk with a courteous and efficient check-in, to the superior and compassionate treatment received from the tech Jenise, both of my experiences were excellent. Dr. Millett was calm, listened to my concerns, and provided a same-day procedures both times ! Definitely will return as a patient !

Called a few times, and finally got connected to a scheduler. She was very rude and unwelcoming, then argued that my insurance wasn't covered, even though the website shows that it is. I don't know who is correct, but if this is how they conduct business. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else.
