I've seen Dr. Chris Kotulak many times over the past 10 years, and only when I am having issues. He doesn't try to "sell a $2,000 program" like others I have seen. He is kind, a good listener, offers options for treatment, and focuses on where you are having an issue, as well as ensuring back alignment (doesn't hurt at all). He checks check range of motion and offers several easy to do exercises you can do at home. I moved from the area, but still would go to no one else!
