I would give a zero star if possible. My daughter called the electrical team of this company for an issue with her breaker in the main electrical panel. They told her that she has to replace the entire panel, and the cost will be $8000. She asked for an estimate in writing when she heard the price. They said they will send one- but never did it. We solved the problem by replacing the breaker for a total cost of less than $100. Very unprofessional.
The technician solved our problem for Air Condition unit, but he charged us besides the parts and labor, the estimation fee which should be void if the work is performed. I called their office, and the operator could not put me in contact with any manager. I was told that some manager will call back, but nobody called. I called again and nothing but promises that I will be called by some manager Very disappointed of this company
