Tyler and his team have done an amazing job on our home. When our home took on hail and wind damage, I was extremely nervous. They're working on my neighbor's roof and they keep leaving business cards tucked under my doorbell and the door trim. I keep removing them and they keep placing more whenever they're back to my neighbor's house. I have "No Soliciting" signs up and they blatantly ignore them. This is the second time I've removed one from my porch. If you ignore people's signs and still advertise when it says not to, people aren't gonna be happy.

Never returned my call when I bought my house in 2020. There was a problem with their representative not doing what was agreed on among the listing/& my lousy real estate agent (who said the buyer should handle it but didn't) during the sale..The roof shingle manufacture also claimed he did not submit paperwork for my roof warranty. I tried calling again August 2022 and I still didn't get a return call.

Never returned my call when I bought my house in 2020.
