No This clinic is in my kid insurance plan. My child was ill running a fever I explained how far I had to come. Yes they gave me a 15 minute grace period. Still think I might have been 2 minutes late. Anyway they sign me in and was told to have a seat. Waiting one hour they called my name and told me we would not be seen. so unprofessional at the Chicago location
This place is a complete joke. Not a healthcare professional in sight. not one ounce of accurate information in my chart as well as simple paperwork to get routine tests is never followed up with. I think they are just there use and abuse what was supposed to be affordable healthcare for this country. It's completely shameful what I've been through here.
Dr. Irvine was the only good thing about this place. Now that he is gone the rest of the crap you have to put up with isnt worth it anymore. Corporate only cares about issues if they have a legal reason to. Frustrated and sad. It is so difficult to find good, caring doctors.
This place is extremely slow. I went there today to make a payment. It was 3 people at the desk but only one person had a patient. After fourty minutes of waiting I asked is this the only desk open to make a payment. The lady said you will have to wait. I said ive been here 40 minutes. It dies not take that long to register ONE patient. It was like they were having a person conversation. I just walked out and didn't make payment. I definitely will be finding somewhere else to go. I have been going to this Doctors office since 2008 and this is unfortunately one of the slowest � doctors office I have ever been in my entire life. Dr. Oki and his team Awesome � they nice and everything but �#Wehavetodobetter #Wehavetodobetter
Been trying to reach my Dr for a refill still haven't got in contact with anyone it's been 3 days now and I can't get my medicine the Walgreens it self said they have sent her a note for refills it's noway of talking to the clinic it's self because u can't reach them the help line I guess that's who they are has also sent over 3 notes to her she has reviewed one but still no response
