Late this afternoon I had a flat tire driving home from work. Lee Grant and his son pulled over and offered their help. I had no clue how to do it or get my tire out from underneath my tahoe. He went well out of his way to help. I offered money but he declined. If I ever need any automotive services I will be going to Christian Brothers. Thank you so much for your help. I would still be sitting on the side of the road.
I have been to Christian Brothers Automotive several times and have only had great experiences. The service manager, as well as the technicians, proved to be knowledgeable as well as skilled at their trade. Weather it is a small issue or a big problem, I will continue to trust Christian Brothers for my automotive needs!

I went in for an oil change a few months ago and I was told I was going to need new struts for my car before winter rolled around. I knew I was getting close to needing new tires as well, so I had them quote me for both. Tires on my car run about $700 for four of them and with all four tires and new struts, I was given an estimate of $1600. Sara, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that we didn't earn your trust. Your mechanic is correct, you did not need new struts in the sense that they are not unsafe or broken. I looked back at your July visit and found the following courtesy inspection notes on your invoice. "The rear tires are very cupped and thin on tread. Front tires are at 6/32. 4 tires will be needed soon. Recommend new rear shocks and an alignment when new tires are purchased." What this means is evidence of abnormal wear on your rear tires ... read more
Bizarre...is the only word I can use to explain the experience I had with this company. Had spent a bit of money with them over about a year with 2 cars, ( 3rd on the way), all was well until they found a problem they couldn't figure out. Then was refunded the money I had spent on that problem, and was told in not so many words that I nor my vehicle were welcome anymore.
