Have been going to Christian brothers for a little over a year and a half now, and absolutely feel comfortable taking our vehicles there! They are good honest people and as a young lady I feel comfortable when they suggest something needing work as they explain and show me what the problem is. And the homemade cookies are always a nice treat each time! I definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Keep up the excellent customer service guys!
I called for an oil change and they were able to get me in the next day. They offered to give me a ride back to work if need be. He gave me a quote before they started working on it. He also informed me about an issue with my tires that the dealership should have taken care of as the car is pretty much brand new, and told me to let them know if the dealer had any questions and said he would be happy to talk to them about their findings. Top notch customer service!
Had an alignment done. Did a fantastic job! Very professional and open about what was going on. Quoted me a price and stuck with it. No hidden surprises. I will be back again, I will continue to recommend my friends and family here.
After a week of unsuccessfully troubleshooting my engine misfire, I decided to take my vehicle into them. They promptly diagnosed the problem and offered several options for resolving the misfire. I appreciated the detailed explanations and I feel I can trust them with my vehicles. It was a very refreshing experience.
