Such an amazing staff, and very knowledgeable! If you can drop your vehicle off, they will shuttle you home or to work! (15 min travel max) Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Chuck, I feel like we could talk for hours we have so much in common! Keep up the great work on our vehicles. Lifetime customers!
3 vehicles take here. 3 unnecessary $100 diagnostics, 3 extremely overpriced fixes, one car engine damaged beyond repair. I'm just stating my experiences with them. Others seem to have had great experiences.
Since this place has opened, we've given our business close to 5-6 occurrences. Over the course of this time, we've had very different experiences and it's caused an unfortunate sense of uncertainty when dealing with this place. We've had at least two occurrences of talking down to my wife as if she didn't understand what was going on, including shifting blame to her for scheduling appointments that the website allowed (in one instance because the techs were on lunch.
