Excellent service! It’s easy to get a hold of them via text and they are quick to respond. Friendly assistance, they have a shuttle so I’m not stranded and everyone is excellent there. When we pulled up, my car was sitting - all ready to go and it only took maybe 5 minutes to get the paperwork completed. They even offered me a water or soda on the way out the door! Reasonably priced, outstanding customer service, technology friendly! Highly highly recommend! This is the best place I’ve gone.
Horrible. $1200 in brake replacement leads to $2500 in brake repairs due to this place! Prior to taking my car here, I had no problems with my brakes. None. I needed to get my brakes done because they were metal on metal and making grinding sounds. They replaced my rear brakes, rotors, calipers, and replaced the fluid in my brake line. I was very impressed with my first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive in Savage. I recently moved back to the area & didn't know which shops were good or not. I used to do auto parts for 25 years in Sioux Falls, SD & knew which shops were good & which ones to avoid. Both Tony & Trevor did a great job explaining things to me when I arrived & when the work was done. They showed me what things will be needing attention soon, but not pushing me to do it right then.
