This shop is overpriced and dishonest. Sent my 84 year old mother here and couldn’t believe their pricing especially on an oil change of $93! Tried to sell her new tires which we replaced 18 months ago and still had 10/32 tread depth. Also had her ask them about struts and shock replacement, quoted almost $2900. Apple Ford Shakopee did all 4 for $1600 which included rear mount bushings, rear shocks, front struts and alignment.
Christian brothers does a great job with customer service and working with extended warranty companies. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of! I trust my vehicle with them.
Got My Radiator Fixed it This shop is very Good and They Offered Snacks and Soda and water while I wait for My car To Get Fixed.
I'm from Denver and was in the Twin Cities for a family wedding and visiting family and friends. I stopped at the Hy-Vee across the parking lot and my vehicle wouldn't start upon my return. I went over to CBA and they sent a tech over with a jump pack to try and jump it. Starter had fried. I told them I was planning to leave for home the next day, and they were honest and said they couldn't get it in until the next day. Such an amazing staff, and very knowledgeable! If you can drop your vehicle off, they will shuttle you home or to work! (15 min travel max) Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough.
