They were professional, very prompt, courteous, and all the amenities are excellent-from their courtesy transportation, to the offers of a variety of beverages while you wait: all-around, an excellent experience - we will be back, and we will happily refer them.
This is my second time to visit this location and the professionalism and quality of work exceeds all expectations! 5 Star rating!
They provide great service and is very friendly. I have brought multiple cars there and have always received a high level of service for each visit.
Today I took my Durango to get inspected, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and the office was super clean. And on top of that their price for inspection is the lowest I’ve come across in Cypress, which is a plus.
Quality customer service is their specialty!
I just had a really bad experience with this shop. Had front and rear brakes resurfaced on 12/27 and new pads installed. Returned truck on 1/31 because of brake squeaking. Was told they stood behind their product 100% and they resurfaced my rotors again. Today 2/5, I brought truck in because still had same squeak and was told since I brought my own high quality Wagner brake pads, warranty is not valid. I came in to get my horn fixed. Unfortunately, the horn went out again 2 weeks later. Christian Brothers stood by their work and fixed it for free.
Super polite people! I have been to 2 separate locations and both place were super nice, courteous, and clean!
