Dropped vehicle off at 8 am appointment. First call about 11:30 saying needed some parts so I approved repair. I called around 4pm to make sure it was going to be done by 6. So almost 5 pm they call and say parts are wrong and they cannot do the repair until next day. I stressed to them I needed vehicle same day. So 9 hrs and they did nothing. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT USE!!! Guess my wasted work day means nothing to them.

Quickest oil change I’ve ever gotten!! I didn’t have time in my schedule to go to the dealership like usual so I decided to give CBA a try. My parents swear by them in TX. Needless to say, I think I’ll pass up the dealership every time to come here! Very helpful, honest, great customer service, and clean environment!
