I was a walk-in, but from the time I entered the entire staff was welcoming and extremely professional. They offered to take me wherever I needed to go and come get me when my car was ready. I opted to wait there and I was very comfortable in their beautiful lobby. They checked in with me constantly and even gave me a bottled water and fresh cookies! My car was pulled up to the front door and ready for me to get on with my day. Good people!
I had an unnerving rattle in the roof of my Murano. Took it to Nissan and after $115 in diagnostic test (they drove it and discovered the rattle I told them about!) they told me it would be $5000 to change the rack that the 2 sunroofs glide on. In the meantime, Christian Brothers Automotive, (fellow BNI member) diagnosed it for free (we told them about it too) and after 1 day in the shop and less than $500 later, the roof noise is gone!
