Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. In and out in hurry. All around great experience.
A week ago, my battery died shortly after getting an oil change at another shop. I called this Christian Brothers right after they opened and they told me to bring it down as soon as I could. The battery was originally replaced less than 3 years ago at a CBA across the country. They honored the warranty and got the battery swapped out fast! Great service every step of the way.
Christian Brothers Auto is the very best in the business! You will feel right at home when you walk in the door and the waiting area is welcoming and comfortable. The staff treats you like family and there are great snacks and drinks provided. You know you are someplace Over The Top when you are brought a warm cookie right out of the oven while you wait. My experience with Christian brothers was excellent from start to finish. I was able to drop my car off before work and their shuttle drove me 30 minutes so I wouldn't miss work. I chose this shop, despite it being a drive, because I trust Nick Mercado to always do an excellent job. This time was no different, the work and communication was excellent!
