While waiting for repairs I kept getting the run around. Told they would call back after they've checked with the tech on three separate occasions and never received a call back. I had to initiate a call the next day to still not get an answer. They even had the audacity to say "your car is making us back up on other projects." Like I should be sorry that I'm giving them business. Use Christian Brothers on Grant if you don't actually need your car and you don't care or need to know when it's going to be done.
