I went to Christian Brothers when my radiator finally went out on my 12 year old car. They replaced it, but not before trying to get me to spend an additional $500+ on unnecessary repairs. I was satisfied with my car once they had finished with it. However, less than a year later, my car began overheating. I took it to CB, and they said it was just a fan that needed to be cleaned, so they took care of it free of charge. Less than 2 weeks later, it happened again. My son dropped off his car to have a/c repaired on a Friday / went to pick it up on the next Tuesday to a huge dent on the back driver side quarter panel. And dent is an understatement - come to find out that the tow company dropping off a car over the weekend ran into his car and told no one.... my son is now having to deal with tow company for retribution on the damage! Very crappy service on both companies parts!!!
RecommendedWalking in, the waiting room is clean and nice. I was greeted right away. I was asked if I needed anything, coffee or water. They fixed my car while I was there. While I waited, which wasn’t long, someone checked on me again. It is a different experience than most car repair places. I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

Exceptional service with respect for you and your car. I request Collin Ball to service my car. He does a great job. Christian Brothers is very clean. I enjoy sitting in their waiting room. They make sure your needs are met while waiting, ( i.e.-coffee, water, etc)

I've used Christian Brothers several times. Every time I receive kind and courteous service. They treat my 2000 Ford Taurus with all the care I would expect if they were servicing something newer and far more expensive. They're always willing to price out different options for me to make sure that the cost and extent of repair are right for me and my budget. It's always a pleasure dealing with Denny on the phone as well. As long as I live in the Grand Rapids area, I'll be having my car repaired at Christian Brothers.

Thank you so so much for such excellent service. I brought a vehicle in for a used car inspection before I purchased it. They were so thorough on the inspection and even my boyfriend was impressed (he's a big time car guy). I was saved from buying a car with a rusted out frame. I will forever take anything I look at purchasing here first!
