I had my Toyota Highlander towed to their shop because it would not start. They were not able to fix it because with a new battery the car would turn off if you shifted out of park or neutral. As such, I had the car taken to Hendrick Toyota. Unfortunately, Hendrick Toyota confirmed that Christian Brothers damaged a computer in my car when they jump started it and now won’t take responsibility for the damage. I got stuck with the invoice from Toyota. I am forced to make them pay for the damage they did to my car.
The men at Christian Brothers were so kind to me. Once I read the report and made decisions about what I wanted them to take care of today, they were never pushy about also doing the other things mentioned on the report. (I have always felt other places were very forceful when getting my car serviced prior to today.) I was a first time customer, and I will be back. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
Wanted $380 to change spark plugs and wires. I bought Toyota parts for $60 and did it myself in less than an hour. Then they said I needed a oil change, which was done 600 miles ago. They are a rip-off!
This adorable family owned business has captured my heart. From amazing customer service to speedy repairs they really are great at what they do. The waiting area is wonderfully decorated and family friendly so make sure to bring all of your kids when you're coming! Brandon- in the office- is fantastic with children and even offered to watch many five little miracles while I ran errands! While he may look gruff on the outside, he has a heart of gold. Will definitely be returning!
