I could write a thesis on how great the people are at christian brothers. I have an older car, a classic. I’m very particular about it and I ask a lot of questions. Matt is the service advisor I usually work with and he is so patient with me and all of my questions, never makes me feel rushed or like I’m bothering him. Took my 750li BMW to this shop orginally for a no start issue they couldn't fix that issue not the reason for this review though. I went on to have them replace my air compressor, which total up being 3-4 days my car was in this shop. As soon as I got home since my husband drove the car from the shop. I notice my Idrive wasnt working ,I immediatelyi contact them to ask what could be wrong with my idrive, Dave told me it was more than likely due to some of the codes I was having that I need to take to the BMW dealership. I had my car taking here for a radiator problem. I told them their radiator had gone out and I needed a new radiator and to please fix that for me. they asked me to pay for a bumper to bumper diagnostic check because that was mandatory for them to do their job. I said my radiator is cracked it's leaking I need a new radiator I don't need you to check my car bumper to bumper.
