The prices they charge are far from Christian. Went down the street and was charged literally a quarter of the price for the same job. Will never go back.
They worked on my 2013 Ford Edge Professional, Honesty, Fair Pricing, Courteous and a very knowledgeable Office Staff, what more could you ask for. When I pulled up to this shop all the Bay Doors were closed which led me to think they were not even open. Great service and attention to detail in communicating with you on the type of work needed on your car. They text you a link that opens up and shows you the work that needs to be done with pictures and samples videos of how the part is supposed to function.
My girlfriend brought her VW to this place with brakes being the main issue, they recommended all kinds of stuff including the battery, which they tested and said it was bad, low voltage and etc. They did not test the alternator to verify its putting out above 13 volts, I said this to her and she called back, Lewis the service advisor is trying to charge 30 minutes for a 15 second test to verify the output voltage.
