Let me tell you about the above and beyond service from Christian Brothers Automotive. They diagnosed my Mercedes, and for some reason it had water intrusion in my electrical panel. Therefore my ECU was shorted out, they happened to get me another one and a new relay to get my car started, and then took it upon themselves to dig deeper into the vehicle. Long story short, their staff and Louis figured out the issue and got my car back running. I’m over joyed and will be back there for future services. Thank You so much.
I have heard good and bad things about Christian Brothers, so was a little wary. I worried needlessly! Carol and Luis in the office were polite and friendly, giving me upfront pricing and a very accurate wait time. My technician, Ben, left the car cleaner than he got it. A first rate experience from start to finish!
This location gives me great service overall. Carol is awesome and everyones friendly. My only complaint is that my vehicle is returned dirty, stains on the doors and floor, drivers shift. I wish this was something that could be worked on. Hopefully with Paul added to this team, great asset that would improve! Thank you otherwise!
