What a pleasant experience we had! Our handicapped van broke down on our work trip vacation from Florida home to Ohio. They got us an appointment right away! Did everything they could to get us back on the road as quick as they could! The manager insisted on following us to our hotel because we had to drive our handicapped van to accommodate our special needs individual to have the van back in the morning!
