Incompetent mechanics, crooked management. Had a water pump repaired there, and half an hour off the lot, the truck broke down again. It turns out the mechanic had left a pair of Vice grips clamping a coolant hose shut. We had it towed back, and instead of apologizing for the mistake, they called it a coincidence and charged us another $350 for the trouble. A mistake by the mechanic--that I can forgive. But management taking advantage of that mistake and capitalizing on it? That makes them crooked.

Great place, professional people that I trust, convenient, will pick you up & take you, reasonably priced, knowledgeable staff, clean, quiet, and waiting area is clean, cozy, and peaceful. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years.
I had a flat repair that I dropped off at Big O Tires, they had it all day while I was at work and never touched it. I was angry and left and came to Christian Brothers. Chris the service Manager got me in and fixed in 10 min right before closing. It was fast, friendly, excellent service and I’d highly recommend. I will be back for any other auto repairs I need.
Very good service with all your vehicle needs
These guys found us in a bind, BIG TIME, thanks to the wrecked vehicle that Wholesale Direct Motors in Beavercreek, OH sold us. We were making out way across the country on a rotten frame and didn't know it. Christian Brothers Automotive Barry Road took us in, got us situated (including cookies and a courtesy shuttle to the hotel, with COPIOUS amounts of luggage and a small dachshund.)
