I have had my car taken care of by Christian Brothers in Arnold for several years. They have always been conscientious in letting me know what my car needed. They have kept my car going and we are at over 219,000 miles. They have always been helpful and never took advantage of my idiosyncrasy. If I heard a strange noise coming from my car, they checked it and let me know what it was and fixed the rattle/whatever. They are greedy self serving people! If you have extended warranty that more than covers the cost of the repair, they charge you additional money out of pocket! Kevin is rude, arrogant and condescending, impossible to reason with. They even broke something on my car and wanted to charge me for the repair. I recommend DO NOT do business with these people!
Excellent service and HONEST. Treated me fair. I will return with any future auto needs.
I took my car in an hour before they closed due to a blown tire and initially they said they couldn't get me in until the following week, but after looking at the situation, they said they could fit me in if I could leave my car for the following day. They were great in fitting me in and replacing all the tires, doing an oil change, and perforrming a wheel realignment. Thank you!!
They have the greatest customer service in St. Louis. Once you try them you'll never go anywhere else!
