Over charged huge amount on alternator and battery, This wasn’t just normal markup
Better get another estimate before getting your car repaired here! Every time I go they try to get me to pay for the $106 diagnostic. I usually work on my car myself but needed a safety and emissions test done. The engine light was on for the 2 front oxygen sensors which I confirmed at AutoZone when they pulled the codes. Christian Brothers came back and told me the same exact thing but charged me $106 for it. Then they wanted to charge me $813.78! to change them out. $315.33 for one that cost $125.95 at AutoZone. best shop I have been to in years. I walked in about crying because I was having a week from hell. They comforted me and told me that they would diagnose the problem that night, and they did. They called me first thing in the morning to give me the quote. Prices are competitive as anywhere else. very friendly. I will not go to any other place.
