You're welcome, Sean, and thank you for letting us know you had a great experience with us! Gratefully, Christian Brothers Allen
When my transmission went out in the middle of summer, and I had all of my hungry and cranky kids with me, they not only completed my repair in a timely manner, they gave us refreshments, drove us all home and offered to pick us up lunch on the way. Excellent service!
Business response:
It was our pleasure providing you with this type of care, Amber, as our customers mean the world to us. Our team appreciates you taking the time to share your experience on Facebook, and we look forward to serving you again in the future for anything else you may need. Gratefully, Christian Brothers Allen
I had an appointment on 8/11/16at 1:00 pm for an oil change and transmission flush. I called back at 4:00 pm to check on my vehicle and they told me I was next in line. I told them not to bother to do any of the required work, that I would come and pick the vehicle up. This was suppose to take about 2 hours. When I picked the vehicle up, they wanted to reschedule to next week and offered me first, half off the oil change and then changed it to $35 dollars off. The excuse was that they were short handed. They not only lost $$... read more

Reading your review saddens us, as it doesn't align with our standards, Gary. You deserve nothing less than thorough and attentive service, which is why we would like the opportunity to speak with you further about your experience. One of our team members will be contacting you soon, so that we can hopefully resolve this issue. Respectfully, Christian Brothers Allen
I was in the Allen area picking up grand children from school. I live in Denton. When I tried to leave the school, my car would not go into gear. Of course I panicked at the thought of being stranded away from home! I called my AAA number and they got my car to run temporarily but said to go immediately to Christian Brothers Auto which I did. Not only did the employees make me feel calm, they assured me they could fix my car, but couldn't get the part until the next day. When I told them I was leaving for a short weekend vac... read more

Our team works hard to provide excellent service within a timely manner, so we're thrilled that we could get you in and out fast for your planned vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to assist you, Rhonda, and we hope to see you again in the future. Gratefully, Christian Brothers Allen
Christian Brothers Automotive Allen is not a very Christian company. They try to take advantage of you. I brought in my 2007 Toyota Tundra for a state inspection and they told me my parking break was broke and it would be $150 to fix it. I took the truck to Toyota for a second opinion and Toyota told me there was nothing wrong with the parking break and completed the inspection with no problems. You guys are a bunch of crooks!
Business response:
The procedure according to Texas DPS law to check a parking brake, is to engage it and lightly tap the gas pedal. If the vehicle does not move,it passes. If the vehicle does move, you have to perform the procedure once more and if it moves again, it fails the test. If the DPS finds that a facility passes a safety item that fails, there are major fines associated with doing so. Some facilities may pass a parking brake that will hold at idle, which is incorrect. If the vehicle were to get into an accident, due to the failed it... read more
