I am always nervous whenever I need to do something with my car, and I've always been the type to "go to the dealership" with whatever I need. I recently relocated to Texas from Virginia so I don't know the dealerships in this area and going to Virginia wasn't an option. I went to CBA Allen for my safety inspection, and I was blown away. The process was efficient, the staff was courteous and I don't think I could have had a better experience. I anticipate going there for all my car needs.
I have had nothing but great help from all the members of this particle office. It doesn't matter what I ask about or how stupid it might be they don't laugh and try to answer all my questions. I am always surprised by how honest they are and never over charge me .
Bryce and the crew are EXCELLENT! They really put the Chist in Christian! And you feel it when you come here!😊

The CBA team are professional and honest. They have gone above and beyond to give me a diagnosis with fair options to choose from. When my car broke down they offered to give me a ride home and picked me back up as well. It’s refreshing to have found an automotive shop I feel like I can trust.
Is this a garage lobby???? Amazing uplifting clean place to relax while getting an oil change and state inspection. Everyone friendly and helpful.

I am new to the Allen area and was looking for an auto shop to conduct a state inspection; made an appointment in the morning for a late afternoon. From the beginning to the end of my experience at CBA Allen was amazing; I really thought I was at a spa with the soft music and warm candle scents.
