Good. Had good dialogue through out the whole experience. Last appointment was Disappointing with no explanation as to what he saw in post exam with the scope.
Herrick is very solid. Good listener and provides solid advice regarding whether to proceed with surgery or not. He and his nurse worked well to calm nerves during surgery. My biggest concern with KCUC is communication and phone system. They are impossible to get a hold of. It took me 3 weeks to get through and I had to use the medical providers line since the patient line was never answered nor were calls returned.
