I scheduled my car to have tail lights fix, it is a 2018 Kia. They told me they had a loaner I drive from Greencastle and told them it would be between 5-6 before I could get there. I get there and service department told me oh I’m sorry we don’t have anymore loaner cars since your car is covered under warranty take it to a Kia dealership and have it fixed. So much for customer service! You have lost a loyal customer!
Dealt with misty Allen. She was super helpful and always greeted with a smile. The finance guys were a huge help also. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Customer service was off the charts couldn’t ask for a better dealer or sales experience!
