There seems to be a communication issue with the service dept. After picking up my vehicle when they couldn’t find the problem I was having, I reviewed the receipt that they provided. On the receipt it states that my issue was in the rear, when in fact it was in the front. I also offered to go on a test drive with the tech and they didn’t take me up on it.
